Kendall Cockrell has been named a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star for the past two years. Kendall primarily practicing in the areas of Wills, Estates and Probate. He is honored to help individuals plan their legacy and walks families through the necessary legal process after the loss of a loved one. While Kendall is based in Beaumont, Texas, he has practiced all over the state. Having practiced before more than 40 courts in Texas, Kendall is as familiar with the local procedures as he is with the Texas Probate Code.
Kendall has extensive experience working alongside some of the best litigators in the state on contested probate cases as well as representing estates connected with personal injury and wrongful death claims. In addition to his wills, estates and probate practice, he also practices in the courtrooms of Southeast Texas representing those who have been injured physically or financially.
Kendall is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He is a former Director on the Board of the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association and is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
